Returns
We accept returns for unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at polygonalresearchllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at polygonalresearchllc@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
